2 Whole Grain Wraps

2 Tbsp Mayonnaise

1/4 Lb High Quality Deli Ham

1/4 Lb High Quality Deli Turkey

2 Slices Provolone Cheese

½ Cup Grape Tomatoes, chopped

½ Cup Kale, chopped

¼ Cup Onions, thinly sliced

¼ Cup Kalamata Olives, halved or chopped

¼ Cup Banana Peppers

6 Dill Pickle Chips

Directions

1. Spread each wrap evenly w/mayonnaise

2. Layer all ingredients in order of preference and tightly roll wrap


Dinner: Cinnamon Apple Pork Chops

For Apples:

1 Apple, peeled and sliced

¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon

1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

 

For Pork Chops:

2 Boneless Pork Chops

½ tsp Dijon Mustard

½ tsp Maple Syrup

⅛ tsp Ground Cinnamon

⅛ tsp Nutmeg

1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Cooking Spray

For Apples:

2 Apples, peeled and sliced

1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

 

For Pork Chops:

4 Boneless Pork Chops

1 tsp Dijon Mustard

1 tsp Maple Syrup

1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Nutmeg

2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Cinnamon Apple Pork Chops

For Apples:

3 Apples, peeled and sliced

3/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon

3 Tbsp Maple Syrup

 

For Pork Chops:

6 Boneless Pork Chops

1 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard

1 1/2 tsp Maple Syrup

1/3 tsp Ground Cinnamon

1/3 tsp Nutmeg

3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Cooking Spray

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2. Lightly spray baking dish with cooking spray

3. Mix together cinnamon and maple syrup for apples and set aside

4. Place pork chops in baking dish in a single layer

5. Mix together all other ingredients for pork chops and pour over the meat

6. Top pork chops with apples and drizzle them evenly with the cinnamon and maple syrup mixture

7. Bake for 35-45 minutes, depending on the thickness of pork chops, or until cooked through

Sautéed Green Beans

6 oz Fresh Whole Green Beans

1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Clove Garlic, minced

Salt and Ground Black Pepper to Taste

12 oz Fresh Whole Green Beans

2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 Clove Garlic, minced

Salt and Ground Black Pepper to Taste

Sautéed Green Beans

18 oz Fresh Whole Green Beans

3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 Clove Garlic, minced

Salt and Ground Black Pepper to Taste

 

Directions

1. In a skillet, heat olive oil on medium to medium high heat

2. Add garlic and green beans to the skillet, reducing heat if necessary to keep from splattering

3. Sauté, stirring frequently, for 6-8 minutes or until desired tenderness

4. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste
