Lunch: Peanut Butter Apple Raisin Wrap

2 Medium Tortillas

3 Tbsp Peanut Butter

1 Apple, sliced

2 Tbsp Raisins

4 Medium Tortillas

6 Tbsp Peanut Butter

2 Apple, sliced

4 Tbsp Raisins

6 Medium Tortillas

9 Tbsp Peanut Butter

3 Apple, sliced

6 Tbsp Raisins

Directions

1. Spread peanut butter evenly on each wrap

2. Layer apple slices on top of peanut butter

3. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp raisins on each tortilla

4. Roll wrap tightly

1/2 Zucchini, diced

1/2 (15.5 oz) Can Great Northern Beans, rinsed and drained

1/2 Cup New Potatoes, diced

1/2 Cup Fresh Green Beans, cut

1/2 Cup Fresh Tomato, peeled and diced

1/2 (6 oz) Can Tomato Paste

Salt and Pepper to Taste

1 Onion, diced

2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

6 Cups Chicken Broth

1 Zucchini, diced

1 (15.5 oz) Can Great Northern Beans, rinsed and drained

1 Cup New Potatoes, diced

1 Cup Fresh Green Beans, cut

1 Cup Fresh Tomato, peeled and diced

1 (6 oz) Can Tomato Paste

Salt and Pepper to Taste
