1/3 Apple, sliced

1/3 Cup Strawberries

2/3 Cups Grape Tomatoes

1/3 Cup Blueberries

1/3 Cup Red Bell Pepper, sliced

2/3 Cup Turkey Pepperoni

8 Slices Goat Cheese

2/3 Cup White Chocolate Pretzels

2/3 Cup Cashews

8 Crackers

2/3 Apple, sliced

2/3 Cup Strawberries

1 1/3 Cups Grape Tomatoes

2/3 Cup Blueberries

2/3 Cup Red Bell Pepper, sliced



1 Cup Turkey Pepperoni

12 Slices Goat Cheese

1 Cup White Chocolate Pretzels

1 Cup Cashews

1 Apple, sliced

Directions

1. Rinse and pat dry all fruits and veggies

2. Arrange ingredients on a cutting board or platter

 


DINNER: Ground Turkey BBQ Burgers

1/2 Lb Ground Turkey

1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese or Cheese of Choice

1/4 Cup BBQ Sauce (Store bought can be used, but homemade recipe below)

1/2 Cup Spinach

4 Slices Purple Onion

2 Whole Wheat Buns

Salt and Pepper to Taste

1 Lb Ground Turkey

½ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese or Cheese of Choice

½ Cup BBQ Sauce (Store bought can be used, but homemade recipe below)

1 Cup Spinach

8 Slices Purple Onion

4 Whole Wheat Buns

Salt and Pepper to Taste

1 1/2 Lbs Ground Turkey

3/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese or Cheese of Choice

3/4 Cup BBQ Sauce (Store bought can be used, but homemade recipe below)

1 1/2 Cups Spinach

12 Slices Purple Onion

6 Whole Wheat Buns

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

1. Divide meat into 8 equal sections

2. Pat out each one and top 4 with shredded cheese

3. Take the 4 remaining patties and place on top of cheese, sealing tightly around the sides with your fingers. This will form 4 cheese stuffed patties

4. Salt and pepper each patty to taste

5. Heat skillet on medium-medium high heat

6. Place patties into skillet, reduce heat to low-medium and cook approx 12-15 minutes, flipping periodically

7. Once cooked thoroughly, remove from heat

8. Serve on whole wheat buns

9. Top each patty w/ 2 Tbsp bbq sauce, 2 slices of purple onion and ¼ cup spinach

 

Coleslaw

1/8 Cup Honey

1/8 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1/8 tsp Onion Powder

1/8 tsp Salt

1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper

3/4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/8 tsp Garlic, minced

1/2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

8 oz Coleslaw Mix

¼ Cup Honey

¼ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

⅛ tsp Onion Powder

¼ tsp Salt

⅛ tsp Ground Black Pepper

1 ½ Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

¼ tsp Garlic, minced

1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

12 oz Coleslaw Mix

1/3 Cup Honey

1/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1/4 tsp Onion Powder

1/3 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper

2 1/4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/3 tsp Garlic, minced

1 1/2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard



Directions

1. Pour coleslaw into a medium sized bowl

2. Mix together all other ingredients, pour over coleslaw, and stir in until coleslaw is coated

3.Chill for approx 30 minutes before serving

 

Homemade Bbq Sauce

1/8 Cup Water

1 Tbsp Brown Sugar

1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

1/4 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Dry Mustard

1/2 tsp Chili Powder

1/2 tsp Onion Powder

Dash of Hot Sauce

1 Cup Ketchup

1/4 Cup Vinegar

1/3 Cup Water

2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Dry Mustard

1 tsp Chili Powder

1 tsp Onion Powder

Dash of Hot Sauce

 

1 1/2 Cups Ketchup

1/3 Cup Vinegar

1/2 Cup Water

3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
