Ham and Provolone Wraps

2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

8 Slices High Quality Deli Ham

2 Slices Provolone

1 Cup Kale or Spinach, chopped

½ Tomato, sliced

4 Whole Grain Wraps or Tortillas

4 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

16 Slices High Quality Deli Ham

4 Slices Provolone

2 Cups Kale or Spinach, chopped

1 Tomato, sliced

6 Whole Grain Wraps or Tortillas

6 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

24 Slices High Quality Deli Ham

6 Slices Provolone

3 Cups Kale or Spinach, chopped

1 1/2 Tomato, sliced

Directions

1. Spread 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard on one side of each wrap

2. Layer remainder of ingredients and roll wrap tightly

Beef Fajita Burgers w/Seasoned Oven Fries

½ Lb 80/20 Ground Beef, formed into equally sized patties

½ tsp Taco Seasoning (Store bought or homemade recipe below)

½ Bell Pepper, sliced into strips

¼ Onion, sliced into strips

2 Slices Provolone Cheese

½ Avocado, seeded, peeled and sliced

2 Whole Wheat Buns

1 Lb 80/20 Ground Beef, formed into equally sized patties

1 tsp Taco Seasoning (Store bought or homemade recipe below)

1 Bell Pepper, sliced into strips

1/2 Onion, sliced into strips

1 Avocado, seeded, peeled and sliced

1 1/2 Lb 80/20 Ground Beef, formed into equally sized patties

1 1/2 tsp Taco Seasoning (Store bought or homemade recipe below)

1 1/2 Bell Peppers, sliced into strips

3/4 Onion, sliced into strips

6 Slices Provolone Cheese

1 1/2 Avocados, seeded, peeled and sliced

Directions

1. Form ground beef into equally sized patties and sprinkle with taco seasoning

2. In a skillet, cook patties on medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through, flipping occasionally and reducing heat if necessary

3. Reduce heat to low and add cheese to the top of meat. Continue heating on low until cheese has melted

4. Once cheese has melted, remove patties from pan and drain all but a little grease from the pan. Add onions and peppers to the pan and saute for 3-5 minutes

5. Place patties on buns and top with sautéed veggies. Top with avocado slices

2. Rinse and pat dry potatoes. Slice into thick strips

3. Place potatoes on a baking sheet and toss in olive oil and spices

4. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through
