½ Cup Peanut Butter

⅓ Cup Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt

4 tsp Honey

6 Large Strawberries, sliced

½ Granny Smith Apple, thinly sliced

2 tsp Chia Seeds

6 tsp Chia Seeds

Directions

1. In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and honey.

2. Evenly divide peanut butter mixture between bowls and top with fruit and chia seeds.

 


Dinner: Penne Italian Bake

1/8 Lb 80/20 Ground Pork, cooked and crumbled

1/8 Lb Grass Fed Organic Ground Beef, cooked and crumbled

1/8 Lb Ground Turkey, cooked and crumbled

1/8 Cup White Onion, diced

1/8 Cup Green Bell Pepper, diced

1/8 Cup Yellow Bell Pepper, diced

⅓ Tbsp Italian Seasoning

1/3 (24 oz) Jar Store Bought Marinara

1/3 Lb Penne Pasta (gluten free is delicious)

1/3 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Cooking Spray

1/3 Lb 80/20 Ground Pork, cooked and crumbled

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a skillet on medium to medium high heat, add all meat, onion, peppers, and Italian seasoning. Reduce heat and cook, crumbling the meat as it cooks, until meat is no longer pink and cooked through.

3. While meat is cooking, cook noodles according to package directions.

4. Once noodles have cooked and meat is cooked through, stir in marinara and allow to simmer on low heat for approx. 5 minutes.

5. Drain water from noodles and gently stir into meat mixture. Remove from heat.

6. Spray baking dish with cooking spray and pour meat and pasta mixture into baking dish and top w/mozzarella cheese.

7. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese has melted.
