Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Lightly spray baking dish w/cooking spray.

3. In a skillet, cook sausage until all pink is gone, approx. 10-15 minutes, crumbling as it cooks. Drain off excess grease.

4. Put sausage into baking dish.

5. In a bowl, whisk together all other ingredients and pour over sausage.

6. Bake 45-55 minutes until golden brown and firm in the center.

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Half grapefruit and place in a baking dish with open side up.

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Lightly spray baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

3. Peel potatoes, cut into chunks, put into large pot, cover with water, and bring to a rapid boil on high heat.

4. Reduce heat to a low boil and continue boiling for 15-20 minutes or until soft.

5. Once potatoes have cooked, remove from water and put into a large bowl.

6. With a handheld mixer, mix until mashed and creamy.

7. Add in all other ingredients except cheese and mix well.

8. Put potatoes into baking dish and top with cheese.

9. Bake in oven approx. 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

5. Roast in oven 15 minutes.
