What day of each week will I receive my menu?

Every Wednesday you will receive an email that provides a link to your menu for the following week.

How many people does each recipe serve?

The servings calculator will adjust the serving sizes to 2, 4 or 6 people for each recipe.

How do I log into my account and access my menus?

If you are having trouble logging into your account, please check your email and make sure that you have created your customer account via the email you received when you first subscribed. When you create this account, you should be able to immediately access your menus.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password if on a desktop, click the customer account icon tab in the top right corner, and press "Reset your password" on your screen. If you are on a mobile device, press the three bars in the top left corner. Then, press "Log in", and you will see the "Reset your password" button.

Can I send a gift subscription?

Yes! All you have to do is fill in the gift recipients name and email when you subscribe.

How are the grocery lists organized?

Each grocery list is organized by recipe and is based on a serving size of 4. We do this so that the items you need are right in front of you, especially if you are not buying groceries for the entirety of the weekly menu. Also, some grocery lists may say something such as "1/2 Lemon", which is to prevent you from accidentally buying items you may already have in your kitchen.

When will my card be charged each month?

Your card will first be charged 30 days after your subscription begins and then every 28 days from the first charge.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your membership, first, login to your customer account. Second, click the customer icon in the top right corner of the page, and you will see your customer account information. Click "Manage Memberships" next to "My Account", and then click "cancel".
